I, the undersigned, voluntarily desire to participate by donating my time
to this non-profit Ride for the Troops event (hereinafter referred to as
the “Activity/Event”). I represent that I am knowledgeable about this
activity and understand the risks of personal injury or property damage to
myself and others that may be associated with this activity during the
June 7, 2026 event.
I understand and agree that the Bemidji Eagles Club Aerie 351 and
Ride for the Troops event sponsors accept no responsibility for my
actions or the actions of others while I am participating in, or traveling in
connection with, the Ride for the Troops event.
In consideration of Eagles Aerie 351 and the event sponsors offering me
the opportunity to participate in this activity, I hereby release, relieve,
discharge, and hold harmless the Bemidji Eagles Club, event sponsors,
officers, trustees, employees, and representatives from any and all
liability—whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise—
arising from participation in this activity and any travel associated with
this activity.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
Release of Liability. I further certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
